This article explains how to withdraw your SG (SocialGood) from the app and what you need to know before submitting a withdrawal request.
Understand Your SG Balance
The SG you earn is shown in Your Assets as Earned SG, which is not withdrawable yet.
To withdraw SG, you must first increase your Withdrawal Allowance by using Spin or Shopping.

Choose a Withdrawal Method
Once you have Withdrawable SG, you can request a withdrawal inside the app.
Please note that certain conditions may apply, and all conditions shown on the screen must be met to proceed.
You can withdraw SG using one of the following options:
1. Regular Withdrawal:
Open Assets → scroll down → tap "Withdraw SG"
2. Spin Withdrawal:
Go to Spin → tap "Withdrawable SG" → "Withdraw SG"
Check Withdrawal Conditions
After tapping "Withdraw SG", you will see the Withdrawal Conditions on the next screens:

・Conditions differ between Regular Withdrawal and Spin Withdrawal
・All conditions shown on the screen must be met to proceed

How long does the withdrawal process take?
The withdrawal process may take up to one week to complete.
If your withdrawal remains Pending for more than one week, please contact Customer Support.
