Many users are confused about the difference between Earned SG and Withdrawable SG.
This article explains what each term means and how they work together.
What is Earned SG?
Earned SG is the amount of SG you have actually earned from Spins, Shopping, or other in-app activities.
It is your actual SG balance shown in the app.
What is Withdrawable SG?
Withdrawable SG is not SG itself.
It represents the maximum amount of SG you are allowed to withdraw. In other words, it is your Withdrawal Allowance (limit).
How Earned SG and Withdrawable SG Work Together
To withdraw SG, both of the following are required:
Sufficient Earned SG
Sufficient Withdrawable SG
Even if you have a large Withdrawable SG amount, you cannot withdraw more SG than your Earned SG balance.
<Example 1>
・Earned SG = $500
・Withdrawable SG = $100
Action: Withdraw $100
→Result: Earned SG decreases to $400, Withdrawable SG becomes $0
<Example 2>
・Earned SG = $50
・Withdrawable SG = $100
Action: Attempt to withdraw $100
→Result: Only $50 can be withdrawn. To use the remaining $50 Withdrawable SG, you must earn an additional $50 in Earned SG.
Summary
・Earned SG = SG you actually own
・Withdrawable SG = how much you are allowed to withdraw
・Withdrawals require both Earned SG and Withdrawable SG
