To prevent fraudulent use of the SocialGood App, all users who delete their account will not be able to create a new account ever again. If you delete your account and then attempt to create a new one with different settings, your second account will be banned immediately after the system detects that you have previously made an account on the app.
In addition, if you choose to delete your account, all of your SocialGood (SG) tokens will be permanently lost. You will not be able to restore your account again after deletion.
If you still would like to delete your account and you are using an Android device, please contact Zendesk support (Submit a Request) from the email address you have registered with the SocialGood App and confirm that you would like your account to be deleted. If you are using an iOS device, please follow the directions inside of the app.
