There are 3 different purchase verification statuses in the Shopping History: Pending, Approved, and Declined.
The following is an explanation of what each of those statuses means:
Pending
When a user purchases or applies to purchase a product or service that is eligible for cashback from a merchant through the SocialGood App, and the data is successfully delivered from the merchant site to the server in our company, the status of that purchase will become “Pending.” Once it becomes “Pending,” the app will record how much SocialGood cryptoassets (SG) you should get using the rate specified for each merchant at that particular time.
Approved
The status will change from “Pending” to “Approved” after our server has received a notification from the merchant that the transaction for a product or service that has been purchased or applied for has been successfully completed. When it becomes “Approved,” it is counted as Approved SG, and if the Approved SG acquired so far exceeds a certain amount*, you will be able to withdraw it immediately by going to the Withdraw tab, clicking the "withdraw with market value" or "withdraw with guaranteed value.
Declined
If we receive a notification from the merchant that the user had refunded or canceled etc. the product or service that was applied to or purchased, and thus the transaction was not finalized or completed normally, then this is the will be the status displayed. The amount of SG that was expected to be granted when the status was “Pending” for such transaction will be canceled and will not be granted.
Please note:
The status of “Pending,” “Approved,” and “Declined” is based on the information obtained from the merchant. We will check if there are any defects, so please fill in details about the event that occurred from the "Submit a Request" button.
*Currently, there is no required amount of transferrable SG ("Approved" SG) need in order to withdraw. This figure can change, so please refer to this article for details: https://socialgood.zendesk.com/hc/articles/900002450046
* It may take some time for each status to change depending on the notification status of the merchant.
*Items/services to be granted, the rate at which it is to be granted, and the maximum amount of how much can be granted will differ depending on the conditions specified by each merchant. Please check each merchant’s conditions in advance before using it.
*Please see this article (How can I sell the SG I got through cashback?) for details on how to sell SG that you earned with cashback.
