It can take a few days for the data to be sent to us by the partner store. All data about purchases comes directly from the stores, and the SocialGood App itself does not track purchases.
However, if it has been more than two weeks since you made your purchase and it still hasn't appeared, this means either the store couldn't track your purchase or they decided it didn't qualify.
Here are some shopping tips to ensure you receive SG when you shop:
・If you are using any other promotions, discounts, gift cards, or coupons make sure they do not disqualify you from receiving SG.
・Disable ad-blockers or cookie blockers on your device.
・Check the store's conditions for whether you can make purchases in the SocialGood App or the partner store's app.
・Don't close the app or interact with anything else on your device before completing the purchase. Doing so for even a second (for example, to check your credit card) can break the tracking.
・Don't activate other cashback/reward services or browser extensions. Otherwise, your purchase might be associated with a service other than the SocialGood App.
・Don't use a VPN.
・Check which items are eligible for SG on each store's description page.
・Only purchase items added to your cart after clicking on the SocialGood App's "Shop" button.
・If you want to make a new purchase after checking out, tap on the SocialGood App's "Shop" button again.
