First off, please know our team will distribute tokens based upon the information you have already registered, so if you received tokens the last time, no worries! After checking for fraudulent activities, we will use the information we already have on file for our distribution.
Most likely, the reason you cannot see the number of tokens you should receive/did receive is because:
- You might have used a different email to sign up or you might have logged via an account that was made via a different method than the one you initially signed up with (since you can use multiple methods to sign up, such as with Facebook, Gmail, or your regular email account) →What should I do? Please double-check the email you used to sign up as well as the method you used to sign up before logging in.
- You might have signed up via Facebook initially, and now cannot log in

NOTE: Please make sure not to register multiple times.
