How Can I Change My Email Address Inside the App?
On the "Account" screen, click on your email address. You will need to enter your password and then your new email address.
An email will be sent to your new email address with a 6-digit verification code.
How Can I Set or Change My Password?
On the "Account" screen, click on your password. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
How Can I Change the Name Inside the App?
This name cannot be changed. However, it has no effect on your account or ability to perform KYC.
How Can I Delete My Account?
To delete your account, please contact Zendesk support from the email address you have registered with the app and confirm that you would like your account to be deleted.
