We have been investigating misuse cases of the referral bonuses since February 25, 2022. As a result of our investigation, we have discovered multiple accounts that we believe belong to the same user.
On May 19, 2022, referral bonuses that were given the “Approved” status in the past were returned to “Pending” status if the referred user had not yet passed the KYC identity verification.
This will apply to referral bonuses for the introduction of new users from November 26, 2021 to February 14, 2022.
As we have previously announced, we changed the app’s settings to require all new users to make a purchase via the app and pass the KYC identity verification process in order to have their referral bonuses become Approved.
We will make a separate announcement later about resuming withdraws, including withdraws of the referral bonuses. We would like to extend our heartfelt apology for keeping our valued community members waiting during this time.
