How To Activate:
You can activate your Premium Membership by tapping "Premium Membership Status" on the Account page, then purchasing the required amount of SG using the Coinbase Commerce feature on the Membership Activation screen.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Connect Your Wallet
Before using Coinbase Commerce, connect your wallet (e.g., Trust Wallet, MetaMask, etc.) to the SocialGood App.
The SG you purchase will be sent directly to this connected wallet.

2. Start Membership Activation
After connecting your wallet, tap the “Get at least 20,000 SG” button.
You’ll be taken to the Preview Order screen.
Please read the Precautions About Purchasing SG with the Coinbase Commerce Feature article carefully, then check the box to confirm and tap “Get SG”. The Coinbase Commerce payment window will appear.
⚠️ Make sure to complete your payment within 48 hours.
Payments made after this time will not result in SG being received, and refunds will not be issued.
3. Choose a Network (Optional)
By default, SG will be transferred via the Polygon network (lower network fees).
You may also choose the Ethereum network, but please note that the network fee is usually higher.

4. Select the Cryptocurrency
In the Coinbase Commerce window, select which crypto you want to use for payment — Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or POL(ex-MATIC).
(Example in this article uses Bitcoin.)
5. Complete the Payment
Tap “Bitcoin” to open the payment screen.
If you’re using an external wallet such as Trust Wallet, tap “Open in Wallet” to launch the app — the recipient address and payment amount will be automatically filled in.

6. Confirm Payment Details
Double-check that the recipient address and payment amount in your wallet match the information displayed on Coinbase Commerce.
💡 If your wallet doesn’t allow sending amounts with many decimal places, round the amount slightly up (larger than the displayed payment amount) to ensure successful payment.
7. Activate Your Membership
Once your payment is complete, SG will automatically be sent to your connected wallet (default: Polygon chain address).
When 20,000 SG is deposited into your connected wallet, tap the “Activate” button on the Activation Steps screen.
You’ll then see a “Activation Successful” message confirming that your Membership is active.
Note: Membership status is automatically updated daily.
If the amount of SG in your connected wallet decreases to be less than the required amount, your status will automatically change to “Not Activated.”
Having Trouble? ⚠️
Payment completed but Membership not activated?
The most common reason:
Your payment was not made through the Coinbase Commerce feature in the app.
Only SG purchased via Coinbase Commerce can activate Membership. Payments made outside the Coinbase Commerce feature in the app (e.g., on exchanges) will not activate it.
If unsure, please check your SG Purchase History or contact Support.
How to reactivate the membership:
If your membership becomes inactive, you can easily reactivate it.
